Volunteers

Costumed volunteers are needed on the day of the parade.

Young volunteers are needed to wear character costumes at the Santa Claus Parade on November 14. We are looking for young people, approximately 16 years of age, who are able and willing to walk the entire length of the parade route (3-3.5 kms) without any direct supervision.

Requirements:

• You must be be able to accept directions well. 
• You must be available from 3:00 p.m until the end of the parade, on parade day.
• Be prepared to be over-run with children seeking your acknowledgement.

You will be required to wave to all the crowds as you walk the parade route.

Be prepared to get quite warm in the costume
