Volunteers
Thank you to all our volunteers. We have our volunteers for this year. |
Costumed volunteers are needed every year on the day of the parade.
Young volunteers wear character costumes at the Santa Claus Parade. We look for young people, approximately 16 years of age, who are able and willing to walk the entire length of the parade route (3-3.5 kms) without any direct supervision.
You will be required to wave to all the crowds as you walk the parade route.
Requirements:
- You must be be able to accept directions well.
- You must be available from 3:00 p.m. until the end of the parade, on parade day.
Be prepared to be over-run with children seeking your acknowledgement.
Note that it can be quite warm inside the costume.
