Registration Instructions

Dear Parade Participant,

Thank you for your interest in the Cambridge Santa Claus Parade. Santa arrives in Cambridge on Saturday November 19, 2011 at 6:00 p.m. on Hespeler Rd.

Once again Cambridge will be presenting a Night Parade. Just think of all the creative things you could do with colour, light and sound! We ask that all groups prepare a float that is illuminated. Your float will be judged, so be as festive as possible.

We ask that you inform us of your intent to participate in this year's parade by contacting santafloats@hotmail.com so that a registration package can be faxed or e-mailed to you. You will receive your final placement instructions approximately 2 weeks before the parade. Be sure to share this information with all your participants.

Registration fees:

• $100.00/unit fee for non-profit groups
• $275.00/unit for businesses.
• $100/unit surcharge for additional vehicles in your entry.

Fees are payable to the Cambridge Santa Claus Parade upon registration and are used to help off-set the costs of organizing a parade of this size. We accept cheques, money orders, and cash. Please do not send cash by mail.
